• Cancel orders suspected of fraud, abuse, or policy violations

Order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance.

If an order is canceled after payment, a refund will be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Errors

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Failure to pay required customs fees may result in the package being returned or destroyed. Refunds will not be issued in these cases.

By submitting any design, file, or content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have legal rights to use the content

• The content does not infringe on any intellectual property rights

• The content is not unlawful, offensive, or harmful

You grant TNT | Trail & Tribe a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use submitted content solely for order fulfillment.

We reserve the right to refuse any custom order at our discretion.

You are solely responsible for submitted content.
We assume no liability for user-generated materials.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by:

• External factors beyond our control

We are not liable for shipping delays once an order has been transferred to the carrier.
