📦 Shipping Policy – TNT | Trail & Tribe

This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by TNT | Trail & Tribe (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing

All products are made-to-order or produced on demand.

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days

  • Processing time may vary depending on:

    • Order volume

    • Product type

    • Customization requirements

Orders are not processed, produced, or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once an order enters production, it cannot be modified or canceled.

2. Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within:

  • The United States

  • Canada

Shipping costs are included in the product price. No additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout for these destinations.

3. Product Page Shipping Notice

Product pages may display the following notice:

“Free shipping available. International orders, including Canada, may be subject to customs fees, import duties, brokerage fees, or taxes upon delivery. These charges are not controlled by TNT | Trail & Tribe and are the responsibility of the customer.”

This notice is provided to clearly communicate that while TNT | Trail & Tribe offers free standard shipping, any additional import-related charges imposed by customs authorities, carriers, or the destination country are separate from shipping and are not included in the purchase price.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery timelines (after production):

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

5. Shipping Carriers

We use a combination of trusted shipping carriers and fulfillment partners.

Carrier selection is determined based on availability, destination, and efficiency.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • External disruptions beyond our control

6. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Monitoring tracking updates

  • Ensuring availability to receive the package

Failure to monitor tracking does not qualify for refunds or replacements.

7. International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

While we offer free shipping, orders shipped to Canada or other international destinations may be subject to additional charges, including:

  • Import duties

  • Taxes (such as GST/HST)

  • Customs processing or brokerage fees

These charges:

  • Are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost

  • Are determined by the destination country

  • Are the sole responsibility of the customer

TNT | Trail & Tribe does not collect or control these fees.

8. Customs Delays & Processing

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and processing delays.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Delivery timelines may be extended due to customs clearance procedures.

9. Refused, Unclaimed, or Abandoned Shipments

If a shipment is:

  • Refused by the recipient

  • Unclaimed

  • Returned due to unpaid customs fees

The order may be:

  • Returned to sender

  • Destroyed by the carrier or customs authority

👉 No refund will be issued

10. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders that are:

  • Delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Returned due to incomplete or invalid addresses

If an order is returned due to incorrect information, reshipping may require an additional fee.

11. Lost Packages

If your order is lost in transit:

  • We will verify the claim with the shipping carrier

  • Once confirmed, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion

Claims for lost packages must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after the estimated delivery date.

12. Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows that a package has been marked as “delivered”, but you have not received it:

  • You must first contact the carrier to locate the package

  • Additional verification may be required

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery

Replacement or refund requests in these cases are handled at our discretion.

13. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • You must report the issue within 14 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of:

    • The damaged item

    • Packaging (if applicable)

Approved claims will be resolved in accordance with our Refund Policy.

14. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately.

This may result in multiple tracking numbers and delivery dates.

No additional shipping fees will be charged.

15. Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Supply chain issues

  • Government actions or customs delays
